Forest's 21st Century Silk Road

This inspiration for this Susho? was The Last Supper (Il Cenacolo), a mural in Milan, Italy painted by Leonardo da Vinci in the late 15th century. This mural depicts the scene from the Gospel of John when Jesus announces the impending betrayal by one of his Apostles. After a 21-year restoration, completed in 1999, the mural revealed surprising changes in color and tone, da Vinci original work was far more vivid and colorful than the experts had expected. This discovery makes our beautiful silk colors the perfect medium to recreate the dynamic colors da Vinci first created.
